JPI is building two 13-story apartment buildings with aproximately 694 residences. The 2-acre development is located on Eye Street, between South Capitol Street and New Jersey Avenue SE. Phase I (70 Eye Street) will offer 448 units and Phase II (100 Eye Street) will offer 246 units. Construction of 70 Eye Street broke ground in 2006 and is scheduled for completion in 2008. Residents of the buildings will have access to a fitness center, community movie theatre, business center, conference room, billiards and pub room, and rooftop pool and patio.
